Where can I find parts for my 1997 BMW R1200C?
I've tried several junk yards, even one "specializing" in motorcycles.
No one had ANY of my parts. They posted the parts I need on their "special - dealer - only" database thingamagiggi and said to call back in a few days to see if anyone has the parts I need: Front and Rear lights, speedometer/light gauge cluster are the main parts.
Not even one reply! HELP!
As a side question: The bike engine appears to be "locked". I've heard lots of suggestions on how to unlock it. Do you know of a good way?
I found the bike sitting in a covered driveway, where it has been parked for 6 years! I couldn't just leave it...but times are tough so I need used parts to save a dollor...gotta get some gas too!
